AC Ace Wheels
- The RW3524 Borrani Wheel 4.0"x16 is the standard replacement wheel.
- The RW2931 Borrani Wheel 4.5"x16" is ½" wider than the standard wheel.
- The RW3524/1 Borrani Wheel 5.0"x16" is 1" wider than the standard wheel.
AC Ace Tires
- The first AC Ace came fitted with 5.50x16 crossply tyres prior to being fitted with a Bristol Engine.
- The 5.50-16 PIRELLI STELLA BIANCA is a high-performance crossply tire, perfectly suited to the AC Ace.
- The later AC Ace and the all important AC Ace Bristol fitted 5.50 R 16 Michelin X radial tyres.
- 5.50 R 16 Michelin X is still the perfect tyre for AC Ace and AC Ace Bristol road cars on Borrani wheels.
- For racing tyres, there is of course the 5.50 x 16 R5 Dunlop Racing tyre, which is also road legal.
AC Ace Innertubes
- Innertubes are required for wire wheels to function properly, do not run your wire wheel tubeless.
- The best innertube for the tires is the Michelin 16F innertube.
