Ferrari 365 GTB - 4 Daytona Wheels
Ferrari 365 GTB - 4 Daytona
- The 1968–1973 Ferrari Daytona was originally supplied with the RW 4075 Borrani Wheel 7.5"x15".
- In the mid-Seventies Borrani offered a wider option as an aftermarket upgrade, with RW 4301 Borrani Wheel 8.0"x15" at the front and RW 4300 Borrani Wheel 9.0"x15" at the rear.
- The RW 4301 Borrani Wheel 8.0"x15" has been unavailable for a number of years, the accepted alternative is the RW 4542 Borrani Wheel 7.5"x15" front and the RW4300, 9.0”x15” rear. These wheels must use Daytona Spinners.
- The RW4301, 8.0”x15” wheel is now being remade to give your Daytona perfect period looks.
1968–1973 Ferrari Daytona Tires
Ferrari 365 GTB - 4 Daytona on Michelin XWX Tires
- The Ferrari Daytona first fitted the 215/70VR15 Michelin XWX tire.
- An alternative to the XWX is the 215/70VR15 PIRELLI CINTURATO ™ CN12. This is the only other tire in this size that is suitable for the Daytona.
- The wider RW 4300 Borrani Wheel 9.0"x15" rear wheel fits the 225/70VR15 Michelin XWX on the rear.
- The ideal Ferrari Daytona innertube for 215/70R15 Tires is the Michelin 15F.
- If you fit 225/70R15 Tires then the best innertube would be the Michelin 15/17H innertube.
- There classic racing tires in the Avon CR6ZZ series for use on the track, and the Dunlop Racing series also have some race tires relevant for a racing Daytona.
