• The 5.50 x 18 Michelin D.R. is also a fantastic era-correct road tyre that was used on a variety of various sports cars at the time.
• The 5.50/6.00 x 18 R1 Dunlop Racing tyre is the ideal track tyre to use. It offers great progressive handling and traction. Despite the fact that this is a 1940s tread design, we still suggest it as the best racing tyre for the Alfa 6C.
• The Alfa Romeo 6C innertube for 5.50 - 18 tyres that we would install is a Michelin 17/18 H RET.
• If your 6C has wire wheels, you will need to apply rim tape to the rims; we carry Rim Band for Wire Wheels 18" - 21" rim tape. The rim tape's purpose is to safeguard the tube and tyre from the spoke heads in the well.
