Alfa Romeo 1900 Wheels
- Borrani make the RW 2663 Borrani Wheel 4.0"x16" and the RW 2724 Borrani Wheel 1950–59 4.0"x16" for use with 5.50x16 tires.
- Borrani make the RW 2847 Borrani Wheel 4.5"x16" for use with 6.00x16 tires.
- These 16" wire wheels are only suited to 1950, 1951 and early 1952 Alfa Romeo 1900 models. Some 1900 racing cars, such as the Disco Volante, can also fit 16" wheels.
- From 1952 onwards the Alfa Romeo 1900 was fitted with larger brakes, meaning the well of the 16" wheels no longer cleared without modifying the cooling fins.
- For 1952 through to 1959 cars, Borrani make the RW 2755 Borrani Wheel 165x400 and the RW 2857 Borrani Wheel 5.0"x400mm for use with 165R400 tires.

- From 1950 through to 1952, Alfa Romeo 1900 models originally fitted 6.00-16 PIRELLI STELLA BIANCA. This is the best crossply Alfa 1900 tire available.
- Some models fitted 5.50x16 tires as original equipment. In this size we recommend the 5.50-16 PIRELLI STELLA BIANCA.
- Racing versions of the Alfa Romeo 1900 may fit 5.50 x 16 R5 Dunlop Racing front and 6.00 x 16 R5 Dunlop Racing rear for MSA race series. For mixed 16" wheel setups, the PIRELLI STELLA BIANCA is a much better road car option.
- Alfa Romeo quickly embraced radial tire technology, installing 165HR400 PIRELLI CINTURATO ™ CA67, which we consider the finest radial alternative.
- Michelin 16E innertubes are recommended for 5.50x16 or 165R400 tires.
- The Michelin 16F innertubes are ideal for Alfa Romeo 1900 models using 6.00x16 tires.
